Origins of Our Name
In 2018, Josh Bell (2019 MLB All-Star) came to Rochester, NY to train with Jon Schwind. After a successful few days of improvement, Josh commented how he enjoyed being in Western New York. Jon asked “Why?” Josh replied with the following:
“I feel like I’m here by myself with no worries … just me and you. I feel like I’m Off the Grid”
